Prerequisites

The General Notices view displays the general notice requests that exist at the current scope level. A notice request is a request to emit notification when a service event is recorded for an entity. You can add a new general notice, and edit or delete existing notices from this view. You should only add general notice requests at the Complex, Facility, and Yard levels (not at the Operator level).

In addition, you can use the Actions Export SNX File option to export the selected general notices as an XML file using the snx.xsd format.

When you select Unit as the Business Entity for the general notice request, N4 uses the Unit - Complex Visit reporting entity in the background to determine the values for the selected unit.

To add a new record:
